We are glad to invite you for upcoming HOLI MELA-2012 & the 6th ALL-RUSSIA INDIAN DANCE COMPETITION. The Organizing Committee is planning to hold Holi celebrations on a big scale this year. Like all our previous festivals, this remarkable event is expected to attract thousands of spectators and visitors from far and wide.
The main aim of these events is to bring together both Russians and members of the Indian community in Russia and give everyone a chance to relax in a homely environment, develop mutual relationship and friendship on the occasion of our traditional festival. We will select 15 Indian dance groups from 12 different Russian cities, which have won recognition in various regional competitions.

Холи мЕЛА - 2012 и 6-ИЙ ВСЕРОССИЙСКИЙ конкурс индийского танца.
В этом году организационный комитет планирует провести празднование Холи в большом масштабе. Как ожидается, это замечательное событие, как и во всех наших предыдущих фестивалях, привлечет тысячи зрителей и гостей широкого круга.
Основная цель этих мероприятий заключается в том, чтобы собрать вместе как россиян, так и членов индийской общины в России, по случаю нашего традиционного праздника, развивать взаимоотношения и дружбу и предоставить каждому возможность отдохнуть в домашней среде.
Мы отобрали 17 индийских танцевальных групп из 15 разных городов России, которые завоевали признание на различных региональных конкурсах.
В фойе: Индийская Ярмарка, сладости, Музыка и Танцы, Программа для детей, Конкурс для детей и еще много интересного
Участникам-коллективам будут присуждаться призы:
1. Первый приз - поездка в Индию на 6 человек (7дней)
2. Второй приз - поездка в Индию на 3 человек (7дней)
3. Третий приз - поездка в Индию на 3 человека (7дней)
4. Четвертый приз – Приз зрительских симпатий |

Services for Sponsors:
1. Central placement of the trade mark of Sponsor on fly cards (10x15cm,
circulation 5,000) and on posters (30x40cm, circulation 100).
2. The official announcement about the Sponsor during opening ceremony of Festival.
3. Stage presentation by the Sponsor during opening and/or closing ceremony of Festival.*
4. Letter of Commendation to be awarded to the Sponsor at the closing ceremony.*
5. Positioning of publicity boards (banners) of the Sponsor in exclusive places around
the territory of Festival, max quantity 3 pieces (provided, banners are given by the Sponsor).
6. Placement of the trade mark of the Sponsor on the stage banner.
7. Presentation of Sponsor’s film for 5 minutes (provided by the Sponsor)*.
8. Invitations and VIP-invitations as agreed.
9. The right of sales at the exhibition
10. Press coverage and reportage in newspapers.
11. Placement of the banner of the Sponsor on the web-site of Festival organizers
12. Placement of link to the site of the Sponsor on the site of Festival organizers.
13. The right to use the photo materials of the festival by Sponsor for its advertising purposes.
14. Positioning the trade mark of the Sponsor on the cover of the next edition of the Journal
